After visiting a few places, I choose Surya for their high level of customer service and amazing selection! Ekta helped me and WOW, I was blown away! They something to fit any budget and Ekta was able to find the lehengas of my dreams! They altered the dresses in time before our flight and we left as very happy customers! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection and good prices. Staff here takes good care of clients and understand the taste of their customers. But they have some tantrums in alteration and fitting of outfits. They don't even do pico and fall of saree, they won't do fitting of blouse even if you are buying lakh rupees of lehenga. also they don't accept Amex card which is also a negative point about them

Though sarees are costly.
Problem is with when you get fitting done from them.
They never do anything before delivery date. When you go and try, you see nothing is done.
Also I asked them to cut short the length but not even an inch was corrected.
So yes its better to get fitting done from your near by place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it zero stars. Charged for alterations but didn't deliver on time despite several visits to the store. Finally when the delivery was done, trial was denied and when we check the product later on it was not altered at all. Absolutely rubbish customer service. I wish the store shuts down soon!

Price are good and they have stuff for every budget which is very thing.
Staff are very good and polite.
Everyone is very helpful in helping in any matter.
Bathroom are very clean which is very hard to find in such busy place. Also they have multiple bathroom so you don't have to wait .
From selecting to billing is very smooth.
If some work needed to be done then they deliver your item on time and also inform you by sms that your item is ready which saves hassle of calling them.
