★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend at all. Highly dissatisfied. What they show in sample and what they deliver finally is totally different. And they will make to chase multiple times for delivery. The Lehnga they showed as the sample was good but what they delivered was pathetic and that too at the last moment of our ceremony. Not delivered on promised date and Costly too.

The staff is very kind and took care of my requirements. Specially Mr Gopal Sir ..Perfect fitting in the first trial itself. Nothing to complaint! The shopping experience was completely hassle free. They have an amazing collection of lehengas & sherwani Do visit their store for your wedding shopping.

She made my shopping experience less stressful. I received my lehnga today and It so beautiful and even better than what I saw in video. I received it on time and it was packed properly as well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, because I wanted to give them a strong feedback and convey my honest experience, it took me longer than usual to write this. I was also reading some reviews given by their customers online just to validate if i had an exceptional experience or they are genuinely like this. Basically when you go to the shop as a new customer they give you huge attention and will make you sister, and call themselves mama ji. I wasn't fooled by their behaviour though I liked the lehenga so purchased it. The top most concerns I had with them was 1. Not abiding by the committed date 2. They need to improve their attitude with which they handle customers. Forget that they will call and inform about the delay, they won't even care to pickup calls sometimes) i travelled all the way to Delhi from Karnal just to pick up blouse for lehenga because they don't stitch it and I needed time to had it stitched before the wedding. When I called twice and checked they said its not ready yet. I had to extend my stay just to get it but again no response and I waited because they said they will call me when it is ready. So their words have no meaning. 3. About quality of stitching. After paying a huge amount money they did not stitch it properly, it was all randomly stitched from the top and now I have to go and find someone else to had it stitched. I went to this shop because a friend suggested that they have good collection, not sure about the collection but surely I am not recommending this shop to anyone else ever and if I get to know someone is willing to go, will give them my feedback exactly in these words. You need to value your customers and their money genuinely not just by calling sister you are going to win their heart or this market.
