after the job is done there is no work experience letter for which me and many like me worked for peanut prices .
i have found this job @internshala my review is for the students who are willing to work with dreams .think twice.
And owners who stay abroad or out of cities please check and decide .

like you have to provide all your financial status for them and even the previous company details.To loot the money from owners as well as from the tenant they will create lot of issue in between. very bad service i have ever seen they don't give the rental house for any self employed , or who are not come under salary. so if you are founder of any company don't contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with housewise. Deeply unsatisfactory considering it's a company and not an individual broker. These guys aren't upfront about the charges and the terms and conditions of the property that they offer. The actual charges are revealed the on the day of the move in. The flat we received was so dirty I couldn't believe it had been cleaned even in the past month or two. Their rental agreement has a repainting clause which is unreasonable to say the least. They will bother u with unnecessary questions but won't care about resolving your concerns. It is easier and more convenient to reach out to a broker and rent from there.
Also, if you do rent from them, please make sure to check every nook and cranny for damages beforehand. Otherwise these guys tend to blame you for alll the damages. And please ask for every communication to be in writing.
All in all, I'm surprised how these guys are in business in a city like Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Housewise for the last few months and only have good things to say about them. After the initial introduction and briefing, I had a single point of contact who helped co-ordinate with different departments and vendors et al. They were also upfront on things that they cannot deliver which I really appreciate. There were no false promises.
I went with a fully managed rental. They co-ordinated with the home owners association, did the initial inspection and provided me a report on what needs to be done to make the house rent-ready. They provided quotes from vendors and on-approval, scheduled - again co-ordinating with security and the association in the on-going pandemic - supervised the work and provided updates on the work completed.
They advertised in various platforms, found a tenant, did a background verification and co-ordinated the move-in, making sure the formalities of the association are completed.
The turnaround times are also very quick! I have recommended them to my family and friends that are in different cities or those in Bengaluru but don't have the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience, with Housewise, in renting out my flat in Bangalore. Some highlights
1.Employees, who coordinated with me and my apartment visits, changed very often. Each of them provided statements/ information/ other details on the cost/ billings etc which was later dishonored by next one appointed. Due to forever changing statements from the company staff, I ended up in lot of fights & unnecessary discussions, wasted too much time and energy.
2.Most of the key promises, for which you pay, for e.g., ´supervise house carefully to judge the damages caused by tenant etc´ are not seriously practiced. They shared many report (initial inspection, final inspection blah blah) but none were trustworthy as one or the other damages and problems were missed out. I ended up spending several thousand Rs extra on the damages which were not noticed in the first few inspections by the company executives (it was too late to recover the money from my tenant).
3.I forced company to bear cost for one of the repairs which were unnoticed by them in all the inspections. They agreed to take care of it and later again they tried passing cost to me. Sadly, company failed to keep their words again.
4.Other services like painting, repairs costed me much more as compared to getting it done from the local guy - I will not complaint on this part if the company provided me a good service (I am sure most of the NRIs expect this)
5.They gave me a final invoice, same day they expected payment (still some documents were pending to arrive from the company). Without closing the open task from their end, they started sending me defaulter emails from the next day.
6.During my first interaction, Housewise promised that they understand need of NRIs very well and they will take care of everything without any inconveniences. Seems another standard statement, provided by the company, in the exchange of their poor services.
As an NRI, I expected good communication, services, professionalism, and the company should keep the words & their promises. I did not observe any advantages from this company - a local broker would have given me better services for less than half of what I paid to Housewise.

They will make any owner feel secure by the way they manage their property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will just loot the tenant with unnecessary charges apart from the agreement. They produce fake receipts and just put on face of being professional. If you are wondering about the good reviews, they are kept by housewise employees. I know for sure because they are copied in our mail communication and they are only involved in showing the house during the move in and move out.
They gave the house to us in poor condition we asked for cleaning service during move in. They told they did the service, there is dust and cockroaches in the kitchen. But during move in , we cleaned the house and gave them, again they charged us extra money 6000 for cleaning. The owner did not pay maintenance charges on time and it has to be beared on us. They just hardly gave half of our deposit back with misleading bills.
Trust me you could get a better service elsewhere than house wise. They are just wise in making money but are not honest and are rude.
