★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey guys, just wanted to ensure you don’t fall in trap of Housmaid (skivvy) Services who provide maid service in Gurgaon.
I have not seen such pathetic customer support with any of the service providers.
They ensure that you get worst of workers in maximum possible monthly rates. Maximum maids are just randomly picked from any slum and asked to agree with us on what ever we ask during call with them. The details they provide for the maid are mostly lies.
It has been a biggest mistake trusting them and paying 21k in one go.
We are trying to ensure that no one suffers like the way we have suffered.
I would surely share this mental harassment on all possible social media to save other people’s hard earned money.

I will never suggest this company to anyone..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic company I guess I selected to hire a nanny for my child , they don't pick calls , they don't respond to your issues. They don't check the background before sending & the staff they send are totally useless. They don't agree to their mistakes,they think that they are the most professional company but they are just fooling around people , taking the highest commission & providing zero service.
I'm just posting this so that you don't get trapped in this. It's better to hire from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters!!! Beware. I took their services thinking they are professionals and I will get quality service but I have been harassed so much. I had taken 24 hours nanny but none of their nanny stay for long plus
1. The nannies are not verified nor they do their police verification on time
2. It’s been almost 1 month and I have not got replacement for the nanny. Their nannies leave without informing and then I have to follow up for their replacement
3. They took due money for one of the nanny who left and they have still not paid her. That nanny is asking me to pay her again.
4. I am working women and can’t manage without nanny. I have been asking for refund as it’s been a month and they have not provided replacement nor refund. It’s LOSE LOSe situation for us.
