★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to Gurgaon and the best thing i get to know about here is Housr Co-Living. Its the best place if you want a hassle free move in and added advantage is that you don’t even need to bring anything here. Everything will be provided including the food. The key highlights of my stay here would be:
1. Super Active Housr Property Manager aka Devansh, this guy is super friendly and would help you settle in super fast.
2. The TAT for resolving any issue here less than 1 day
3. Laundry Facilities are always up to the mark
4. The food is decent
5. They even provide recreational facilities including TT, chess, carrom etc.

Proper quality assured in all the departments.
Both the managers, Mr. Devansh Narang & Mr. Somesh Khanna are really very cooperative and friendly. Manage the property with great professionalism.
Strongly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst properties I have lived in. Poor cleaning. One has to constantly request them for room service in order to get the work done, worst food quality.. plates are dirty, they wud keep wet plates just like that and one wont even find tissues in the cafeteria. Worst customer service ever, promised services they wouldn’t even provide. At the end, they won’t even refund the security deposit on time even after 45 days (as promised).
I can see their own staff posting reviews about the properties they r managing. Don’t be fooled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, my experience has been aces. The cleaning is on time. The food is fine, nothing to gloat about there. Most importantly, there is privacy, and the best about staying here is the property manager Devansh. He always greets you with a beaming smile. He gets everything done if you ask him to. All in all, it's all good until now. Hope they keep it up!
