Nice and beautiful society, well maintained and good security. Overall very good except. Only thing that goes against is the construction quality of the houses

Very poorly maintained society. The only good thing here is that there are lesser houses and more space. But the area is highly underdeveloped. Some basic amenities are lacking. Society is not maintained at all and there is a problem of water seepage leading to cracks in the construction from the outside. The society is full of mice and lizards. It sucks. This society is not meant for millennials at all. Please refrain. It is still the same after a year. People are very un-cultured and backwards. You would feel like you are living in some village in Gurgaon.

I completely agree with Mr. Ashish Garg's review and would like to add some more points of my own. I own an apartment in this society and have been living over here for the past 7 years. For me the experience has been very bad especially over the last few years for the following reasons: 1. Biggest issue I have faced is the encroachment of parking space and common area by the residents of ground floor. They completely block the stairway for the first and second floor by parking their two wheeler over there and keeping their personal belongings over there. And the society management does nothing to resolve this issue, the reason being cheap society politics. Only a handful of people are running the society and they are not even members of the current RWA. The RWA is a joke in this society. Nobody knows when the last elections were held or who are the current members. The people who are running the society are extremely biased while settling disputes between society residents and most of the time their decisions totally disregard the society by laws. And when it comes to showing off or wasting society funds nobody can beat this society. While most of the people in other societies are going green and making efforts to save the environment the people over here waste tens of thousands of litres of water every year on Holi, burst crackers on Diwali without restrictions etc. compulsorily charge all the households for these so called 'festivities' from the maintenance bill. The society funds which should be used for making the society better and safer for the residents are being wasted like this. Just so you know the C.C. TV cameras(security cameras) have stopped working since ages ago. The security guards are underpaid and atleast half of them are over-aged. Other than all the above mentioned things : 2. The construction of the society is horrible. There are cracks and seepage in the walls, widespread termite problem especially on the ground floor, lowest quality material used woodwork and overall construction itself. Because of that most of the people had to get their houses renovated once again and spend huge amounts of money. 3. The facilities provided are minimal and quite basic as compared to other societies although the maintenance charges are so high. As far as recreation is concerned their is just one table tennis table for the whole of society and for that too you need permission to use beforehand. The so called clubhouse is just a 100 square feet hall which is used by some 'entitled' members of the society to drink together and play cards. Occasionally it is rented out to outsiders as a community hall. So basically the society members are not even allowed to use what they are paying for. 4. Another issue is the parking problem. People living over here own atleast two vehicles per apartment/family. What other societies do is they charge parking cost from the owner for every extra vehicle but over here there is no extra cost. As a direct result there has been shortage of parking for the residents and even overcrowding of vehicles inside the society as people have started misusing the rules. They have gone so far as to even invite their relatives to park their vehicles over here which is absolutely ridiculous.You can even park your vehicle in the middle of the street and nobody will say anything to you. People regularly quarrel with each other over encroachment of space. Even I face this issue every other day and according to me it is a total failure of the society management. Hope this review serves as an eye opener!

Very well maintained, children's play ground is very beautiful.very well connected with whole city .. FEW UNRELATED PHOTOS..NOT ABLE TO DELETE THEM ..

One of the few low rise apartments in Gurgaon, with ground floor. All New floors have stilt parking and no gardens. Secured, have basic amenities.

Pros : Good and peaceful society to stay, Not a very large society, Just 200 odd houses in villa pattern, water supply and quality is very good. No power issue, good back up. Well guarded by security guards. Small play area , decent for kids to play. Cons : condition of road,it needs repair work and back side of society walls need to be plastered and whitewashed.
