★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken my RT PCR test for my International travel from Hoysala Diagnostic Laboratory through the assistance of Mr.Raghavendra. I got the report by email promptly as promised.
However at the Kempegowda International Airport, one employee created unnecessary trouble saying they require a seal on the lab report though at the landing airport it wasn’t mandatory. It was 3am and helplessly called Mr.Raghavendra for assistance. He kindly took all the efforts and provided me the report again with the seal in less than 30 minutes.
With such employees with superior customer service attitude, any organization would soar high.
