She took sample immediatly ..I Think she is a new staff.. although she is good at her work and may be she's from kerla... She treated patients very calmly ... I just forget her name..I'm greatfull for her work..

first of all a special thanks to mr. santhosh , pooja & kousar
yesterday i came for rtpcr test , they promised me the reports for 24 hrs , suddenly my flight was preponed , suddenly i called to the lab they told that no madam your report will be ready on next day morning i requested for my report suddenly people has taken immediate action for quick report personally they called and followed up for my report finally i got the result by night 1: 00 am . I very appreciated these 3 peoples , rtpct sample also taken very proffesionally by pooja . thank you so much .keep it up for your hard work . sorry for my lot of pressure .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk female staff were courteous, helpful and well organized especially Ms.Bhuvana. She explained all the stuff in a detailed way and helped every customer in the line up with the same energy.
The lab technician Kowsar and Rajeshwari were helpful and diligent in their work. They avoided being chatty or loud in presence of the clients which is a hard thing to see in Indian hospitality industry.
The Radiology technicians and his helper seemed doing a great job and were very professional in their approach.
The ultrasound technicians took their time and were through with their approach to their jobs.
Addition of another helper in the Scanning room to assist you clean up all the gelly sticky stuff could be a great help. It is hard to do it yourself and it's embarrassing to get out of that room with all that stickiness on your clothes etc. I did not like that feeling at all. Thanks to Ms Bhuvana who allowed me to use some extra paper towel to clean up myself before I could walk out of the building. One should carry an extra towel or shirt for a change just in case.
The Consultant physicians, cardiologists Mr.DivyaPrakash were great at their jobs and atleast seem to try to be on time and minimize waiting time for patients. Ateast I had a good experience on that end.
Overall the place is clean and hygienic. The washrooms and sinks can be equipped with garbage Bins and automatic hand dryers or paper towels for better sanitization and hygiene etc.
4/5 stars from my end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to scanning for my daughter. Lab is very clean and hygienic. Staff is very polite and softly they will make us to understand the situation and also to understand the procedures. Always understand our problems and they solve our problems softly. Thanks a lot TRIDENT ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Customers, please do not go this diagnostics center , they are most worst people and their least bothered for the customer, my wife had to be swallowed some foreign object in a food in a hotel ,she vomited blood couple of times , we rushed to her to a nearby ent doc , he did endoscopy , but could find it further he advised us to do CT , X ray , so that it may cause serious damage internally cud be bleeding internally, hence we rushed to this crescent diagnostic, VIDYARANAYAPURA, they did scanning & X ray between 2.00 pm ~ 2.30 ,later they asked us to come 5.30 pm to collect the report . When we went to collect report at that time they it is not done properly it was shock to us , further we have undergo once again , entire staff we’re soo irresponsible ,they cud have called us earlier & informed us, inspite one of the staff was telling lies & arguing , they are very lethargic and most rude , further we have wait for our report many more hours to get report. Every time we have to keep asking them a report they were not even bothered and then I have start raise alarms , then the manager was another incompetent, he is blaming us trying to blame us ,hee we was not even bothered. Hence , I request you all please do not go to this diagnostic center . I think IMA has to take call to investigate and need legal action and close this center , as you all know this is profession belongs life and death such center. Hence we have rise a voice get our reports. This is totally unacceptable
