★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with HP’s declining product quality there service quality is also tanking down
1) there location on the HP care website is wrongly tagged. Contact numbers mentioned there are not updated. Can’t understand that a technology company has not updated there correct contacts
2) Service centre representatives are laid back guys, just enjoying music in presence of customer. They have odd lunch hours where we don’t find the representative even after waiting 1 hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most horrible service center that i have been in my entire life , i have visited a lot of service center’s of different brands but i haven’t seen such a care less people like this one and they are so lazy to do your work , so slow to diagnose and tell us the problem too , never have i seen such a horrible customer service centre .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. Hp official team shoukd read all the reviews from customers and change this service team.Unfortunately in Bangalore only one centre we have. It is a request.
I gave a HP printer for repair. Initially the engineer told me to change the Motherboard and Unpaid for it, later I contacted them for the updates, but there was no response initially. Later again contacted , then the engineer started telling any other issues on my printed and started asking for more money. They will make us to pay more than what we spend on actual Printer. Also I felt they are changing our mind to buy new item by replacing the current damaged item ( from an outside vendor who is friend of the repairing engineer ).
Finally I came back with my same damaged HP printer. Will not buy an HP product till HP changes this service partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service at this place. I've wasted a lot of petrol in traveling to and fro from this service center in trying to get my HP laptop repaired. They took it in and said there would be no way to contact them except email but they never responded to my mails either. They said they'd send me a quotation via mail but that didn't come till I went repeatedly and asked them to send one. Then there was zero information after payment and no one told me how long parts would take to come, how long I would have to wait to get my laptop, and every time I went there they would say 3-4 working days. The overall time was THREE months to get my laptop back which just had a display issue. Horrible, lazy service and I will never be recommending or buying a HP laptop ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and only authorized service centre for HP laptops and all other HP accessoires in Bangalore. That is the reason the staff are very busy and it's a time taking process to repair or service your HP product to book online and it looks too much time for repair of the service and even months.
Best thing is if you want your HP product service in less time go directly and submit your item otherwise it took days and days for repair of your product.
Finally they will do service goodly.
My suggestion is run behind the service people to get service done quickly otherwise they don't listen on phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service centers I have ever seen.
First thing in a city like Bangalore, HP is having only one service center , that is shocking!!!!
This service center guys act like they are gods and do not respond to calls, emails and once you go to their center they treat you very badly and for everything they say leave the laptop.
I just wanted a new battery for my OMEN laptop and since it is not available in HP website wanted to buy a genuine HP product from these guys and tried calling them and emailing them and there was no response.
Finally I went there myself to check and the idiot guy Darshan who is sitting upfront to interact with the customer is the most laziest guy, does not have a professional behavior, acts like a rowdy and raises voice to customers unnecessarily
The next level mangers(refer photo) in that center are worst managers. They do not pickup calls anytime of the day and they do not respond to your emails and not available in center also.
Worst experience every in my lifetime, have decided not to buy any of the HP products from now on..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was very hygienic. The workers here are good and cooperative... But doesn't has that much good knowledge of laptops, but will manage.
If the laptop is under warranty, you can claim for door step services. Else you can carry your device to get it repaired.

Not yet all suits for authorised service, not even good for local services...
I don't know why hp still giving licence to them, I'm seeing all 1 star rating only...
