★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is more for people using google map to reach this shop/showroom for the first time rather than the shop itself. ?
First of all G K Vale and Cannon image square are one and same shop in/nearJayanagar fourth Block. Google map showed us a 10 minute walk to Canon image Square but it turned out to be much longer than that at night time.Google map took us for a ride? making us go round and round with some fault on our side because of the confusion caused by the multiple intersecting lanes and roads near this shop ( 9th main rd) and people giving different directions and names. Finally located the shop only to realise that the same shop has two names one GK Vale and another Cannon image square ?as they had collaborated. I was unaware of this as I went for the first time. I had to get a photo print which I found to be very expensive at GKV as compare to other printing services but had no other choice at that time of the night. They were the only one to be open. Even though it was costly the print quality was amazing and after all the hassles at least there was some respite due to it.Shop is good with both options of buying Cannon camera (left side of the room is Cannon and right side is GKV?) and printing service at the same place. Also service was quick but then there were very few customers.
Please note that in case u r using google map? to reach this shop, I guess map is not updated? as map shows them as separate shop and Itsy Bitsy which is shown a little away is actually next door?. Posting pic of the wrong google map.Hope this helps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since last two years the delivery time has been pathetic. So called Canon executives never bother to address the queries nor inform on the delays.
The saddest part is they ignore the calls and whatsapp messages post booking !
If a canon cps member with a platinum card is treated this , I wonder how good the response is to the budding photographers who are just starting their journey !
