★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in Kanva mart. After purchasing clothes I swiped my card. The amount got deducted from my bank and I got a message for the same. But Kanva people are saying they did not receive the amount. They said transaction will be reversed and I will get money back within a day. Even after 10 days I have not got it. When I checked with hdfc they say it is a valid transaction. I went to Kanva 3 times for enquiry and staff is very rude and doesn't co-operate. Please don't shop in Kanva mart Bsk 3rd stage. Very unprofessional and unethical people running the shop.

We took 2 sets of shirt and pant..where pant size was smaller asked for exchange but store manager refused for exchange, even though all labels and tags was ther..
Worst service.. Don't go to jayanagar store.
