★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my refill on 14 March 2022 and it's 29 March 2022, but still it has not been delivered. When you call the office no responses always the landline has a busy tone. Very pathetic service. Basically you are stuck with the worst service. I strongly suggest to check the reviews before you choose the distributors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service and super delay in delivery of gas cylinder. The cylinder is not delivered even after 16 days. They never respond to the calls. It's not the first time this happened, this is happening since the last many times. I would highly not recommend this agency for new customers because they will suffer. Worst gas agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am just fed up with the Agency. I have booked a Gas refill on 12th. Everyday after following up they are saying "u will get it by today ". Still I didn't get any cylinder. Delivery boy is very rude, last day he told me that he will come by evening but not taking cl. Worst Agency ever. I suggest don't take their connection. I am stuck. Everyday waiting for a cylinder & giving cl to them is a harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency I have come across. Pathetic customer service. They got 4 contact numbers, but nobody answers the calls. It's been 15 days i booked my cylinder and have not recieved the delivery yet. Already raised the issue with HP but looks like even they do not care. Hope all the cylinder companies get privatized so that we could experience better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked refill on 23-Jan and it’s 30-Jan today and it’s still not delivered. If you call the office there is no response. if you fall the customer care then they will tell you to talk to the distributor or the dealer. So basically you are stuck. I have given one star but honestly this one does not deserve even that. They have charged 3000 rupees deposit and I have already paid for the refill. I strongly suggest to check the reviews of the distributors before you take the connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a cylinder on 25th of March. Still I didn’t get cylinder delivered. When i call them, not picking up the phone. I tried all four numbers of the passbook. Among 4, two are non exist numbers and other two are no response. I booked and paid through online, so couldn’t able to get refund.
Worst experience. I had good experience from other agency from HP before.
But, this agency is worst.
