★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an ac bus they had given me non ac and my bus timings was at 9 since i reached some other branch(madivala)they delayed,bus arrived at 11,just imagine I was traveling alone waiting for a travels bus at 11 O clock somewhere on earth, I'd booked seat around female seat,but since I reached madiwala instead of mathikere branch they put me in some other bus which also was traveling to same place.I sat with some weirdos around me with no AC.Thanks for the hospitality kallada... good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever, lucky to be alive at the end of their ride. They treat people like trash, never follow time schedule, they have unscheduled stops every now and then, and they charge a lot for the worst uncleaned buses. Pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Organized travel company. There have been instances of staff behavioural issues n high-handedness. Mostly punctual n buses well maintained. Since it is a large travel company back-up incase of breakdown, alternative buses are arranged within short span.
