★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not interested to give single star. Very poor service, it doesn't look like a service center. Charging over price by saying to replace total. It's like a storage room. The person who is in reception is just willing to loot customers rather serving. He is indirectly telling don't give anything to repair there. Such a poor service. 100% negative. HP should take out service authorizations from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre doesn't know how to properly handle servicing. The folks there are lazy, they don't even care to properly diagnose your system and just tell that the repair cost would be expensive. It's better to get your system serviced at local shop than these over hyped service centres.
I was given quotation of 10k for fixing issue with my printer, while the issue was very minor. I consulted a local shop and got the issue resolved in 5 mins and that costed me 100 bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer care executives are rude. They are not doing the only reason they are hired for, that is helping out customers with their concerns. They try to find out a way to not let the customers to claim warranty which actually should be the other way around.

Update- They are taking too much time in dealing with customers.
