I went to purchase a model that i had shortlisted however they actually helped me buy a better laptop as per my usage. Kudos to you two, however i request HP to offer them additional manpower as it gets difficult for them to give sufficient time to every customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited this shop a number of times mulling over whether I should buy the HP or a Dell. It was the guys in the shop that swayed it HP's way. What you need when shopping for the right laptop is knowledgeable advise which they provided. Getting the laptop delivered to the shop the same day (it was not a stock item) and providing an overall good experience they managed to do. As for the product, I want something this time that will last and with HP you get that.
