They are illiterate people and studied only upto 6th standard I guess...
They only wanted to fulfill their needs, they can't resolve your problems..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have any information on products and don't know how to talk to customer. I asked for laptop with SSD storage they tell HDD is better than SSD we should always buy laptops with HDD only SSD is bad. Just because they didn't had any laptop available with SSD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree to the majority of the comments and ratings here. They have poor service and double standards. When i was there to buy a laptop, there was no detailing about the laptop. I was looking for a low priced laptop and they didn't even said a single word about the product themself. What they told are only the answers to my questions. And when a well dressed high status family came there for a laptop which is a high priced one, they were detailing the things one by one. I just visited the store once again and there was a young lady customer. The scenario was the same. The sale person was briefing things to her very interestingly. Overall iam not convinced with the service. If i could give a rating below 1 star, i would have given that.
