Today, I visited to there showroom for to printer repair, one month before I purchase a Epson printer and after one month it got damage because of some reason And they clearly said that they cannot repair my printer. Don't buy any device from that showroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider, I had visited to get my Dell laptop repaired which I had purchased from their shop. What they do is firstly, they will make you deposit the service charge Rs 500/- in advance (more than anywhere in Satna) then they will not repair in front of you, ask you to leave it in their shop and make a call in the evening informing you that there is big problem in your laptop which will cost you approx Rs 5000/- and take15 days to repair. They know that hardly anyone can afford leaving their item for that long, hence, will have to take it back and repair it somewhere else. Means to say that they make money in the name of service charge without repairing, without doing anything just by fooling innocent people that too when the item is purchased from their shop, now you yourself can understand and analyse their service. When, I shared my experience with many of my other friends they also had bad experience with Katare's Computer, Satna. They also informed me that their rates, repairing charges and dealing with customers is worst class. Hence, I would not suggest anyone to visit this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst shop, never ever go to buy anything. They will sell their products 2 to 4k more than any other shops. Their service is also very poor. I asked a laptop which was costing aroung 46500 in indore. But they are selling the same laptop in 54000.
