Update - Reducing two stars as the communication for any offer registration was not done properly. Any scheme coming with HP needs to be self registered at site of HP with bill details. Enquire about this at store before leaving the store and do it before 7 days from date of purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having issue with HP laptop(just above a year old), it was running very slow. I went to HP centre in PS and got very good support and cooperation there, particularly Mr Amol, he looked into laptop, spent good amount of time and provided free check-up service.
Later, when found some causes, he did uninstall and installation of windows, office and other softwares.
