★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un-professionalism worst service.
No single in modem. They never pick calls. Each time have to send msg on WhatsApp business number but it's computerized no proper response. And when I called them I got a voice msg due to festival they won't be available for 2 days..
Then how would we work. Customer service should be on daily bases.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPS Digital Broadband Pvt Ltd, is a worst service provider I had ever seen in my life. Every day I have to complaint for some thing and they never provide resolution on time. Every time they told us error will be resolved by evening and after 6:00 pm all call center number was close. I stop taking pathetic service from digital but now from last two months I am following up for the refund and return of router but they don't know how to manage service every day they made fake commitment. My user ID is manju3869. In case any sensible person is looking my comments then please resolve this on priority.

Behaviour of the technical support member was very rude even they disconnected my call. I'm the loyal customer of digital world and using their services form 3 years but still the behaviour of them was totally unacceptable..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally waste of money, unprofessional support team, they don't not return your security money,2-3-4 breakdown comes in a week regularly.when I took connection I gave security money for 300 Mbps router but they demand extra cost when I want to upgrade my plan, total fraud service, look other options

2. Customer services ok ok.
Cons:
1. They do not inform you prior that your subscription is ending like jio and Airtel.
2. No quick updates via SMS or Whatsapp

Every time they told us error will be resolved soon, please restart your wifi. They don't know what is the fault. Even PON light is blinking and they are saying restart your device.
