★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not know what is the meaning of customer service and it feels like they are only money minded.
No empathy towards customer n they don't think that customers matter.
They charged me for days that they cut my line n said that they did not, staff said I shud hav complained. When I said I did n hav screenshot of the message.
The owner later stated that they do not disconnect for 2 months even if non paid which is a BIG LIE as I had the tv pic n screenshot of the conversation that was sent to him.
For everyone reading this, if you hav a choice to switch ur network please do. It is not worth your time when they lack customer service, lie, are money minded n are not afraid of a customer leaving them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem with Hrishi Cable is their uneducated staff. They do no know how to answer phone call. That is the reason, no one gets them on phone. We understand that there can be network issues or connectivity issues, but whenever that issue crops up, you do not get anyone to talk to and get an update. I believe this problem lies in the root. The owner of this business facility is unaware of processes that are needed to run a business successfully. The owner doesn't receive call, doesn't meet customers, and what's more didn't know about different payment options. Beat that, an internet connection service provider relied on "only cash" to accept payment.

people giving multiple reviews about the staff the owner is not concerned about how the product they are giving us how are we treated by their staff
Today 24th September i lost my wifi and cable connection and i was giving my practicals
ofcourse i understood there will be a technical issue but the worst part was when i called Hrishi cables to ask what has happened after calling 20 times they picked up my call and the lady just said hello hello and she disconnected the call.
Can you believe it when I call them to just ask when will the issue will be resolved but they clearly were not bothered.

And the wifi connection network provided by them is PATHETIC. I dont know why the owner is not concerned that he has the worst staff and the service provided by them be it Cable or Wifi is not upto the mark what money we pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve this one star as well. The worst internet provider. Your mobile hotspot will provide better speed. Totally waste of money. Even you face any issue then informing them won't do anything, you have to rely on their mood, like they are your customer. Very unprofessional team. Won't get any reply from them until your plan needs renewal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they provided internet and cable services in my locality. I won't call it the best or the worst. There are better service providers other than this but I personally prefer Hrishi is because they are in my locality and if any problems it's easy to get in touch with them.
Their phone numbers are mostly non functional. I use the wifi. First couple of months it works fine then the speed starts reducing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please find other internet services. These guys cannot be trusted. I have lost connection during important lectures and meetings and after talking to them about the issue, the just said "Ok". The customer service is the worst. Talking about speed, I have paid for 30mbps and they do not even provide the internet speed of 5mbps. The internet speed is extremely slow and out of 30 days it doesn't work for 10. Moreover they do not even extend the internet service for the days it didn't work. Do not use their service, I've been using it for years and they've never been helpful.
Edit- Their phone is never available (it's always busy or they do not pick up) Even if they pick up they keep you on hold or talk to you rudely and never help you out.
