I have been trying to reach them for several occasions for new channel subscription but no response at all. Even the prices are high as compared to other cable network. Very bad to poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. Do not even give free channels. Lootofying the customer monthly excess INR 150.00 charged over & above the actual price. Not even picking up the calls not even recharging the cable connections on time. Verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry Bad services provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider I have come across in past 6 years. They don't respond to calls or messages. They are just bothered about getting monthly payment. Customer is nonsense for them. So expensive and yet pathetic. WFH should have even better service but they seem to be lost in their own dreams.
