★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have experienced from mauli Wifi.
I am facing network issue from last 2 Days.
I have tried calling them they just replied we are working on it.
I will take half n hour but still no one has arrived yet.
They close their office by 7 Pm so if you faced any issue you have to wait for next day.
Then you have to call them again to get your issue resolved.
Randomly you would face server down issue late in the night 2pm everyday.
Read it before getting their internet wifi services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissatisfying service provided by mauli .. During working hours and working days always gets off and after calling 2 to 3 times, they are providing services... Really disappointed because my work got stuck due to unavailability of internet services... No doubt plan is good but if internet not working properly it means not worthable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst experience i have ever gotten from an internet provider. I am sharing my experience of past 9 months with this internet service provider. When buying the play, the advisor chandan suggested to go for 50 mbps for a year plan with free installation. I agreed to it. At the time of installation he charged me 850 for installation for the cable. Thats when the scam started. I had no option since i had to start the net asap coz of the work. So I paid him. I constantly got 5-15 mbps speed. When calling the customer care, the lady answering the call is so rude. All they say is they are aware about this and everyone is facing the issue. And today its been almost 9 months and the issue is still not resolved. They pretend to care for their customers and do nothing. Upon following up, they dont answer the call. One advisor started yelling on call and said stop calling him. My money is gone. Didnt get service for what I was charged. I have to call them atleast once a week for this issue. The worst part is they have a monopoly at the complex I live in. So no other option here.
I suggest everyone to not go with these people as they are a white collar scammer. If you have an option to go for airtel or jio then go with them. They are 1000% better than these people.
