★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service. Their cable/internet shuts down 3-5 times every month and it only gets fixed after multiple complaints and constant follow ups which takes 2 days. The only reason customers go through the trauma of dealing with Sunny Cable is because they have a monopoly over the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cable service. No one answers the call at their office including their boss. Problems are addressed after two days even after multiple follow up. Only answer they have is 'Technucal issue from Hatway' without knowing the actual issue. Due to this Monopoly of service providers we have to stick with same forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service every month every 4-5 times either there is a fiber cut or the server is down always specially in monsoon the wifi is pathetic half of the time the Internet is down on complaining most of the time they dont receive calls you have to constantly message them on watsapp the person will only say technician will come after 4 but comes after 2-3 days and every year in monsoon you have to change the fiber wire which costs 25 rs per meter and than that too they dont keep it stock they dont value the time of customer please check below photos as well and if you want to invest your hard owned money go for a better wifi connection but not for Suny cable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever . Never entertain customer always do what they want to do . Pathetic service in every 3 day you face server down issue . Never ever go for it if u want to do it for office work not even ready to provide bill have to request so many tym and give date only to come. Ever month they reduce 2 day from plan . If u want it for office or professional work don't go for it otherwise u will regret i lost my so much hard earn money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to rate them minus 1 star, because even after reading all the reviews i gave them a try, i wanted a new wifi connection but these people ooohh.. First of all they are rude, still they will take your details and everything n than they will vanish forever, they even said their service is available in my area also said you will be informed by us before we visit you, there is no call since 15 days i mean wow are they more busy than airtel broadband service?? Because person from airtel came to inquiry of my residence with in half n hour. Worst is still a small word for them

U remember the date of renewals very well. Kindly also focus on providing customer service for which u take money. Stop making them fool by saying repair chalu hai. Har rojj konsa repair chalu hota hai ...if u arent able to manage please provide our money back. We will go for another one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst wifi one could ever have.Every alternate day wifi is down and they dont even respond. If once in a blue moon they ever pick your phone ,their response would be i never received your complain.They just dont want to give service neither do they care about their customers. Once they have taken money they even forget that they have to give service. How can one be so irresponsible. Worst team and worst wifi.
