★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst network provider. They never receive calls. There are always techincal issues. Half of the time wifi doesnt work only. Service is worst. They are least interested in resolving any issues.
They dont even listen to the complain.

Had to call multiple times and every time had to hear the blatant lie they spit out, that they'll take care of it, instead they would just do nothing hoping the problem would fix itself. And inspite of this pathetic service, as soon as your wifi subscription will be nearing the end, they'll call you constantly to get it renewed.
Would not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been complaining them since last 4 days for poor speeds. I am using 40mbps plan and I am getting less than 10mbps speed. The customer care is not ready to register my complaint. Very unprofessional and worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service provider !!! They have great deals but pathetic service like literally pathetic service . Won't pick up your calls . They just know how to procrastinate things. 10 days of calling them still they haven't checked or fixed my wifi issue. WORST SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No response when called, If you buy 60MBPS plan you get 1 or 2 MBPS speed, When raised complain ticket is closed without resolving issue. Many times executive calls & ask to call toll free & complaint over phone to call centre & says I am closing this ticket as my TAT is affecting.
Very Poor, Pathetic, Unprofessional, Irresponsible & unexpected service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are never focused on customers. My internet is not working since yesterday night. Have been following since morning but no closure response. Also not picking calls. Very very poor service. I have never seen such type of service. Will never recommend to anyone for this.

Very poor, unstable connection and response from customer support personnel is very inadequate
Had purchased the connection as the price was comparatively lower as compared to other ISPs but the reason for low price is now clear as half of the time the connection is not available/unstable. And every time the reason is the same, i.e. the fiber cable has been damaged, even during the summers when there is no rains.
Have raised at least 2 complaint tickets (that too is a lower estimate) every month from last year and a half. The reason for continuing with such an unstable ISP was due to the fact that I had paid the yearly subscription amount in advance.
TL;DR Do not go for a cheap price, especially if you are working from home/need the connection for educational purposes and find a better ISP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service i have ever come across, connection is very unstable, plus it takes -15-20 mins in re connection upon restarting router. Dont waste your money with them, this connection caused lot of frustation, it does not working right when its needed
