Pros:- User Friendly Design , Easy Navigation , Cloud Enabled , Easily customizable and Payroll/ Appraisal Management Module is one of the best among other players in the market .
Cons :- Some unnecessary steps in Profile Management , not of use in some companies .
Overall A Complete HR Solution , a clear advantage in terms of simplicity, functionality & overall value. Other than that, keep going with your good customer support service . (and don't raise your prices)
