★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you HSBC Dalhousie. I was stuck in a really bad problem with my passwords and was unable to access my overseas account. I greatly appreciate the help extended by Mr. Basu Thakur and Mr. M. Kumar in resolving the issue with utmost patience and efficiency, for several hours even taking up a bit of their lunchtime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best banking network in the world. Definitely the service it provides is much better than other banks .The internet banking is A+ graded. The staffs are quite polite with the customers and are quite helpful. The perks and salaries it provides to it's employees is much better compared to the other private banks .
Last but not the least the building structure has its own glory .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best banking experience you'll get in India with HSBC. I love the security standards as compare to other banks and the main thing is, I rarely visit the branch, you can do nearly everything with their phone banking service. And the branch staffs are too polite except the teller.
Go for it if you're looking to open a bank account in HSBC India. I'm having my account since a year and a half now and trust me, I've not faced any problem with them.
