Normally I don't write much review but this time I was forced to do that. Being a premier customer in HSBC branch Pune, and holding an NRI account their service is very very poor. I don't get response to my emails, Every time I have to send reminders. I never recommend anyone open an account here unless there is no option.

The customer representative here are people who tend to pass sarcastic remarks . They dont tend to help the customers who have come to inquire but instead tend to make them realise we dont need you unless and until customer is billionaire . Worst service employees decide who gets asked for water and who doesn't. Worst branch ever would recommend try any other bank , other banks would go a step further to help .

Pathetic service. You can get to Mars easier than getting any work done by the bank. Person at reception behaves as if customers have all the time in the world and themselves they are CEOs. Security person behaves as a FBI employee. All the best for those going there.

Never bank with HSBC The employees there are just waiting for a holiday/strike and when they can relax. This bank is misfit for Indian market, lethargic approach for anything. They need to learn from similar other Banks on how to be aggressive. It's not easy to penetrate Indian market with such lethargy. Any request you make and tell them its urgent, they work with their turn around time of 4-5 working days, 15 working days in some. I regret the decision of moving my home loan to HSBC as there is absolutely 0 transparency when it comes to documentation, or getting info related to any accounts and related services. If you are an HSBC customer banking with this branch, please move to some other bank.

Very very bad management.. Don't go for any service in this Bank. They are not much supportive.. I'm chasing since 20days for foreclosure letter.. They are not support for it.. just adding days next working 4days will get on mai.. In this digital world they still required 4 working days nonsense.. They deducting customer EMI on holiday but for updation in their system take working 24hrs then why you deducting customer EMI on holiday Nonsense.... Close your office from India and go away..

HSBC call center is very good, I never had to visit branch in 6 years, when I did, I was thrilled and very happy with the services. Their way to treat normal customer is better then ICICI privileged ones. Within matter of minutes, they solved the query. Ambience is pretty well.

worst service and worst experience. Being an international bank. They dont have manners to take to people. HSBC bank should give their employees training program. I would always prefer Standard Chartered Bank.
