β β β β β Worst customer care service. Around Rs 40,000/ was lost from my account to which they took no responsibility. Following which I blocked my debit card and applied for a new one which was sent to me without a proper address causing technical difficulties for the postal department to deliver it. The post office had to send the card back. No contact numbers given in the internet attend customer calls no proper replies given to emails. Worst experience

β β β β β Not even worth 1 star. Worst service in banking sector. SBI needs privatisation to teach some habits to their employees. Customers keep waiting in line in front of countered, while employees are busy in gossiping and lunch. Feedback or complaint boxes are missing, Even managers are not available at their offices to take feedback from customers. Learn something from private banks how to treat customers otherwise soon SBI will go out of business.

β β β β β I had a very bad experience today with the remittance section of main branch. They are very slow, don't guide you smartly. I have wasted my today's 5 hrs running between home branch and main branch. Main branch suppose to provide all possible services. But got disappointed with the service. They again sent me somewhere.
