I have given 1 star but Axis bank customer service is worse than this. They were not interested to pickup calls from customers. I have loss money through fake call. Don't call on Axis customer service numbers because they always gets unattended. 1 no. Falatu service. If anyone is reading this from Axis then please call me....if you feel anything about your bank. ....

Poor customer service took the token and waited for 1hour for my turn. Executive wasted my time and gave me wrong information and was not helpful at all will be closing my account n will move to some other bank. If axis bank donot care for their customers at all. Worst services and branch executive just sitting and doing time pass instead to helping their customers. Bye bye axis bank

Very good service and they really care for their customer...the banker with whom you open your account is always handy...with whatever query you call him he will solve it and provide home service.

I don't know why they are using coupons for cash counter, very worst service. You need to wait 2 hr minimum to receive cash from cash counter 01, Really need to improve management its feels like you're in maha bank or any local bank, yes and the bank clerk will tell you how to wait in axis for self withdrawal, no parking available in premises.

Axis customer for decade + & they have good online services (apps, net banking etc) but visit this branch in person for any work & the experience changes! Except using locker, making cash deposits, cheque books etc (the bare essentials), any tasks even slightly more complex or which necessitate a physical visit are never done in 1 go. Credit card delivery at branch, joint holder addition / removal, jeevan praman (life cert) there are many such works where I've had to make multiple visits for silly mistakes by the staff or simply coz the assigned staff was clueless. Bank needs to seriously relook & work on the employee training!

Attitude problem of employees at Bund Garden Branch. Reached at the branch at 3.31 PM got delayed by just 1 min for loan enquiry and some other enquiries. But Some Yogesh Gupta at the gate didn’t allowed me to enter. I requested many times but no one was ready to listen, though many customers were still inside the bank. As I am also a working professional, got break for sometime from my busy scheduleI, but the ill treatment at the branch made me to realise that I should end all my relations with the bank. Worst Customer Service and the reason will not recommend any one.

I want to report an incident. Today I got a call from one axis branch employee ( truecaller name Muskan - bund garden branch) . She informed me that my credit card is dispatched already and I have to come to branch to collect that, though I never requested for any credit card. I told her the same . She said she can declined it for that she needs few info . I told my dob as she asked . I immediately got an OTP ( this OTP is to avail a credit card not to decline ) which she asked me to shared . I felt something wrong and I have not shared it .. she misbehaved with me and disconnected the call ..now my request to Bund Garden Axis bank manager is to check this issue, because your employee tried to make me fool and issue a credit card

Since 3 yrs i m using this Bank for every transaction but my experience is very pathetic I m trying to call customer care but there is no option to found to solve my querry Even I m using credit card but there are lots of problems facing regarding credit , unnecessary money has been credited from account without intimation, Bank Dosent care about for customer There is no proper customer care service provided. To solve any problem regarding ur account
