From last five to six month we recd daily four to five call from this branch for loan le lo.....are aap ko our koi customer nahi milta kya....kitani bar bola k DND Main dalo ......

Bank treated Customer like animal when I was visited to foreclosure they make line of customer from outside of bank even though there is enough space and 15-20 empty chairs inside the bank when I asked reason they told β€œthere is server down” which is unacceptable for keeping customer in lobby for 2 hours in hot summer.

Most disgusting bank ever...! (I have no experience of SBI) 1. Loan selling department is not HDFC (They have outsourced it to some third party agency, typical call centers) 2. Loan terms are not being disclosed at first place and never get disclosed till loan get credited to my account. 3. Rs. 3,540 (Loan processing fees) and Rs. xxx (stamp duty) is what they charge irrespective of loan amount/ interest percentages (As of Nov 2021) 4. If you try to cancel the loan you need to fully pay the principle + interest + loan processing fees + stamp duties even if you are trying to close the loan very next day. 5. What's more frustrating, It took 4 hrs waiting in typical queue to get this information and customer care phone number is not meant to provide this information over the phone....!

Pathetic service i had applied for a loan in the month of March submitted the documents on the 26th of March however my koan hasn't been disbursed. Everyday these people ask me for a new document. Yesterday Bhagyashree Joshi called me and congratulated me as the loan was approved and today again she asked me to provide a new document. I sent all the relevant documents to Bhagyashree Joshi, Mr.Sagar , Gaurav Rawat and Amey however these people are still not approving. Pathetic service while accepting the application these people promise to process within 24 hrs but it's been a month now still they need documents.

Horrible service . Does pick any phone after loan is disbused . The people involved in this is Mohan ghawale Sourabh pawar and even the seniors doesn't bother . Called them more than 300 times and more than a month but still payment is not reversed after commitments are done . I request you all to take a loan from other banks better in service and quality of work . I know the mail and comment won't affect hdfc bank nor the action would be taken against them .

Very unprofessional people's with sells team. Without handing over loan DD, they have deducted loan EMI. They are promising everything before taking loan, once loan document formality is done, they are not bothering what will happen with customer. They just want customer to be in trouble. Very mis managed loan dept. Not getting appropriate response from senior manager also

If you thought SBI was slow.... try coming here. Took me 5 online attempts and three hours waiting at bund garden to foreclose my loan only one counter open. More security staff than employees in attendance. Quick loan don't be fooled by it. Online foreclosure does not work I tried four times.

The most unprofessional experience that I had with any bank. The employees act like they are entitled to walk all over the customers. Zero sense of understanding and compassion. Especially the loan processing department even though they send you like 10 messages and mails every day begging you to take their loans. I had the worst experience with 2 employees Khalid and Rupali regarding processing loans. I called for an update regarding address verification and she answered the phone and said will get back to me and proceeded to block my number. This is how much HDFC cares about their customers. No sign of respect even while talking to women. So much for professionalism. This made me realize that there are so many better banking options out there. If you have an ounce of self respect I suggest you avoid this bank. There are 3 active HDFC accounts in my family all salary accounts, all 3 of us have decided to shift from HDFC to Axis bank purely because of the disrespect and the 3rd grade customer service.
