PLZ DO NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS BANK
My experience
I had selected "Abc" type of credit card and they gave "xyz" that too with bad offers and reward points, for this also they took almost 10 months
They do not give concrete answer for anything
After realising getting buged with their services i decided to close the account it to 1week to close
Later they said there is some interest of my FD and they will issue a DD for the same I thought something good atleast guess what there were no signature on it and the DD was returned from the bank where it was deposited and guess what !! Tada .... My CIBIL score got screwed ...
After this they tell us to send the cheque to bank and then collect it later after it is signed like wow superb, obviously I'm not going to do and thankfully bank did it
