★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we had to come here 4 times for one procedure. the staff are too slow and half of them are browsing on their phones. we waited an hour and a half and still haven't gotten serviced. if you have to come here, make sure to cancel your plans for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branch, the staff is incompetent, does not know their own procedures and policies. I made an investment on 14th april2021, and today is the 31st May 2021. Still to receive the FD receipts. Earlier they sent one with misspelled names, returned for correction, so ms priya say "it takes it own time, do what you want to or complain to whoever you want to", mind you she has been rude even before this.
You bet I took the matter to higher authorities and Priya's entire tone change from aggressive and unhelpful to apologetic and pleasing.
I am definitely taking the route to higher authorities in written.
Don't make investment here, unless you want to live in fear of whether your investment is Done or just hanging in their branch account.
