When I paid 3 emis then why my account is in minus 8000 .... I want my cbill score as before or my amount refunded.......
Otherwise I post all things live

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very third class sevices provided by idfc. this is nagesh i have Loan accout with idfc which is two wheeler loan. i fourclose the account on date 27 nov 2020 still this is showing pening and idfc call me agin and agin for payment i have payment recete also dont choose IDFC Bank its a froud Bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before merger this was good bank. After meger the services like online partpay, foreclosure are removed. Customer care is hectic and worst. When I was opened accounts and take a the loan I have not visited the bank but to foreclose my loan I have to visit the idfc bank. The menrality of capital first is reflecting in the services. Ek dum ghatiya banake rakha hai..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service from personal loan department . Documents are get from customer and tell you that it will take only 2% service charges but reduced 6% of charges.
1. Loan executive was fraud because I am not telling for life insurance but at the time loan amount he reduces 4700 for issuance and tell me that sorry sir.
2. I was get loan after 22 days after apply for loan.
3.After loan approval executive will not receive your call.
4.Please dont choose this bank for personal loan on of the chutiya bank i have seen ever.
5.When you call on tall free number then customer care transfer your call to other department and cut your call.
6.I dont get any documents from bank for ex- Account Number
I suggest you guys please dont chose this bank this is not secure , not good service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service... I think IDFC be a part of Airtel revenue, why IDFC First bank take special no. From airtel only for loan, already they have customer care no. Why should we do special recharge only for this no., Normal and unlimited recharges also not applicable. We need to do special recharge from airtel and amount should bare by customers. This is not customer care service. Loan customers are not priviledge for IDFC First Bank.
IDFC first is on First position having loan compliant, if you visit you feel you are in authorized mobile center, they give waiting token. See how much have complaints, how many mistakes they did. This is my first and Last loan From Your Bank.

No corporation in terms of resolving the issue they just want to get rid of customers so they don't entertainment the customers neither listen to their query nor resolve it. Have to vist the branch for the same problem again and again. Worst service, will never recommend IDFC ever.

Also giving 25 lacs free insurance ,all charge free banking services ,door step banking,
Nice FD rates .
Overall banking experiance is very good !!!
Ones visit nearest branch for start relationship .
About 14 branches all over pune .as a banker i am very confident about IDFC first bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All payments done before due date , but they charged for interest, talk to customer care, they are also irresponsible, complaint registered on last Friday but still no resolution, very disappointed, measurable performance, so many customer gave 1 star but still no improvement
