โ โ โ โ โ I had transported my vehicle from Kochi to Indore in May 2022. HSR was the transporting agent from Bangalore to Indore. The car was scratched on both sides!!! It also happened to a friend of mine before 2 months who used HSR Logistics.
I do not understand how loading or unloading drivers can be so CARELESS to have the car scratched off the paints...
And they did not reply or respond or take any responsibility. Neither did the intial agent!!!

And this guy is very wonderful he give me photo and video of loading the car and also give a tracking ID. So I can track my vehicle. Only after 13days my car rach at my door in Dimapur. Its a good transport company in Gurgaon. I will recommend to others for this company. Thank you mr. Govind

There are a lot of agents in market who will offer to pickup car from home and deliver to home at location but do not get trapped with such agents. My car Skoda Superb being an expensive car had me worried but all Logistics were well taken car and car was delivered Scratch less in less than a week. I had also put some household stuff in car and all items were delivered as is. HSR is highly recommended for car transportation to Bangalore.
