★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good experience with moveclues, they coordinate with u perfectly but i just want to tell them DON'T change quotations once u do the commitment. In my case they revised the quotation couple of times. Once the commitment is done u shd keep ur word. I received my goods and car on time and i'd recommend MOVECLUES. I specially want to thank Sheveta for her help whnevr required.

At least they had the courtesy to finally respond and process a refund for the products that were damaged. That I appreciate, but the customer care could be much better!
Horrible service! I paid so much money for my belongings to reach Allahabad from Delhi. They first lose a suitcase for the person before me, due to which the truck is taken in by the police until the issue is resolved. They refuse to be helpful or cooperative during this stage - and try to placate me using false promises.
Then once my things FINALLY reach me, they are in a bad condition. One carton is wet, despite the lamination, damaging at least 10 books and ruining my clothes inside. They label my bean bag and a painted truck with "Gaurav Banaras" written in hindi - in TWO PLACES - with big bold marker. I don't understand why they couldn't label it just at the back, or laminate and then label? And one storage box is completely broken.
I contacted the company with pictures and everything and my POC - Shveta Jain - assures that she will call me back with a solution and then she just stops responding. HOW RIDICULOUS? Two of my products are rendered completely useless. What is even the point of that? At least have the courtesy to respond to your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service provider for bike transport.. First they gave false commitments then kept the keys with them used my bike and then sent it through a third party. The picture shown for packing is fake.. The amount of money charged and service provided were heart breaking.. I received my bike in such a condition that I never imagined.. Scratched all over.. Damaged seat cover.. Broken break levers and bend handle bar.. I clearly advised them that how I want them to pack my bike but they did nothing sort of advised and just did it for the sake of completing there work and the result is a worst nightmare.. Worst of all they did not even have a ramp to keep the bike on the straller or to pull down, they just dragged it by holding the silencer due to which it damaged the pipe.. Guys please be aware don’t waste your money here its better to use railways instead of using these people and ending up seeing your bike in worst condition.. Never use this company.. I suggest don’t go on there commitment coz when they want you to sent through them they will say yes to each and everything but you will end up with your damaged vehicle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Was moving to Bangalore from Gurgaon. Will just highlight some major pain points here
- They have no concern for time given, they said they will deliver in a weeks time; till 5 days truck did not even leave Delhi
- They give less rates, but had promised dedicated truck to us. On the final day, they said that the truck unloaded in their campus and shifted to another vehicle , and then again unloaded and shifted to a smaller truck in Bangalore. In the process broke my dining table, washing machine and few smaller items
- The main manager didn't look like he had any idea of packing. Wrote over my items with permanent marker, and when I asked how will it be removed, he started cleaning it with water and cloth. My godrej steel almirah still has a big grey smudge. Every one hour he would realize that packaging material has fallen short, and would go to some nearby market to search for cartons, or bubble wraps
- Car delivery was another whole episode, when it reached Bangalore, they didn’t even send it to my place as promised. I had to travel for 50 kms to their godown in one corner of Bangalore to get the car
- They took money for putting petrol in my car, saying that for loading the car, tank should be atleast half full. When I got it, there was no petrol, and didn’t get my money back.
I can go on, but I will just say that I had the most difficult time shifting with Moveclues/Gaurav. They are very new in the business, only have experience in carrying cars, and that too they do a very poor job at it.

Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaurav/Shubham.- your rates were very good and so was your friendly and prompt attitude while placing the move order. Had the damages not occured during transit I may have chosen you again. The experience of claiming insurance (from some inhouse insurance company with no paper work provided for insurance premium paid ) for the damages for my new furniture items from Delhi to Bangalore was unsafisfactory and I finally got paid lesser than the promised amount, which by itself was so meagre it hardly covered my damages. There was no effort on your side to even close the promise after expressing my disappointment. All this took numerous calls and emails from my side. As the owner, one would expect you to return calls and emails just as you did before taking our order.
All in all, it was poor delivery on a customer's good faith including your "insurance department " which was a complete let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rating them one star because its the lowest. Did a deal with them for my bike transfer from some other city to my home town. They took all the money upfront and promised to deliver in 4-5 days but didn't deliver for a month. Eventually asked them to return my bike from where they picked up and refund the amount which they finally did but it took at least a million calls to them. Completely unprofessional, cheap and dishonest behaviour. Would never ever recommend them even if they are the last service provider on the planet. They also go by the name Gourav Trans Logistic so kindly be aware of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst movers and packers....if you love your stuff then don't give your luggage to them.. they will break your stuff and even stole some of it...when you complain about it then they will stop picking your calls.... They are actually truck drivers working in Maruti Suzuki Gurgaon plant....do not take risk
