★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service after standing in que for 7 hrs (2 days) for payment then after 1 month the number plate was ready. But yet again I had to search for it. 2 hrs for searching and fitting the number plate. I am only glad this ordeal has finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The procedure was completed very quickly and was well organised. I think it is far better option than going to RTO Ahmedabad. The staff knows what they are doing and are good at it. Also the supervisor is kind and answers people's questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Height of mismanagement. Some authority must intervene to modify the system and save valuable time of every one. Totally a disastrous management for the fitment of the new number plates. They should increase the number of counters and accept the payments online to avoid long queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complaints for the work hsrp provides but the lady staff who answered my call was very rude and mannerless and was irritated when asked for a basic guidance. She had answered the query in hurry and hung up the call in between. Had to face a very disappointing and offensive behavior over the call.
