★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a Gated community, mainly consists of Living Quarters of senior Government employees. You will find mostly Gazetted Government officers living in this area. Quaters are quite big with own servant houses. There is a Good shopping complex by the name of KhelGaon is available next to this place. Famous sports goods chain Decathlon, Food chain Domminos Pizza, KFC ect have their outlet in this shoping complex. Place is also near to AIIMS Hospital and Lajpat Rai Shopping arena. Only drawback is the non availability of any Metro station at Hudco Place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place for people and couple to hangout , there's open air auditorium where sometimes plays and small concert's happen.. although there are few restaurants including Mc Donald's and Pizza Hut .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abode of senior bureaucrats. Well planned. Having sufficient parking. Can be accessed from Ansals Plaza as well as from Sadiq Nagar. One does not get to see many pedestrians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got to visit type 5B quarters there. It's really big. Three bedroom, one servent room and one guest room, two huge Hall's and big open lawn, separate area for washing. Really big appartment with separate covered parking. It's duplex type flat. Really liked it for it's space.
