The ambience is good. The gym is clean & well-maintained. Covid protocols are properly followed.
In my opinion the only thing is to improve is the workout space.
Number of equipment & condition:
Gym is well-equipped.
Unique Feature:
This gym has regular exercises like cardio & weight training. Addition to this it has a cross fit section which is available.
Trainer & personal Trainer:
Trainer & person Trainer are well-behaved and motivates all clients.
I have came across a trainer named Vivek Mishra, under his guidance I have learnt a lot and able to transform myself.
I have almost lost 8-9 kg & lot of inches in a time frame of 4-5 month by adopting some diet and routine exercises suggested by him. overall it is a good experience with Vivek & now I am self-motivated, energetic & in a positive mindset to continue with my workout.

Its reasonable, spacious has outdoor activities, clean environment & great music. Equipments are new & well maintained. Overall good experience.

My Pt was Vivek sir he is very kind and friendly and helped me out alot for my weightloss journey if it gym training or crossfit and also with a good diet plan Working out becomes fun rather than exhausting. ?☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the well organized and managed gym in Kharghar Sector 12, this facility has all the latest equipment and ample space. It has two floors, the ground floor has open gym setup to do cardio, weight training etc. The second floor has air conditioning for resistance training. Staff and trainers are very supportive and cleanliness is maintained all the time.
