My 5 year old son enjoys all the training provided at kidfit...it's fun+fitness which he enjoys a lot.i would recommend all parents to enroll their active kids for a more active n healthy lifestyle...
I being a parent also have joined kidfit n can see considerable difference in myself...I feel more active than before...all workout session are planned very minutely looking at clients requirements .
Coach is really the best...Thank you sir for giving us a healthy fitness regime...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and an unique concept for the kids. There is enough literature confirming positive relation between physical fitness and performance of children in their school learnings. Since,its a group activity, kids also learn to be a team player and hence learning social skills too ( very important for life skills).Best part is that promoters of kidfit are best certified in their training and dealing with children. I wish them all the best and hope very soon they will have pan India presence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter is very shy and I enrolled her to kidfit with an intent to develop her interactive skills and at the same time build her physical fitness. So far, the journey has been very good and I m very pleased with her progress. The coach here is deeply knowledgeable and result oriented. The best part is they measure the results and share feedbacks at regular intervals.
