★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space is an issue, a bit cramped. Options in Machines are limited however all the popular machines for major body parts are available. Rush at the peak hours is considerable and bothersome as have to wait many times for your turn on popular machines and weights. Also the patrons are not trained to be deciplined as they leave the weights and instruments all over the place making the place feel more congested and haphazard. Maintenance is not done on timely and regular basis. Air-conditioning is a major issue for those who require good cooling for optimal performance, i personally like to sweat so i don't mind the warm ambience. The staff and coaches are friendly and cooperative. Lockers in separate changing rooms equipped with washroom and steam room are available as this place is unisex. UV filtered drinking water is also available for drinking.
