For me it was surprising as Vehicle was delivered in quick time which was one fourth of promised waiting period. A big thumbs-up for Sanjay Hyundai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The engineering staff, the servicing staff and people connected with allied services, are all very well clued up, disciplined and well mannered. However the premises are very crammed up and gloomy. It most positively needs to be upgraded. Work wise I had a very good experience and all the snags on my car were rectified to my satisfaction. One thing which needs urgent attention is to reduce the time in the procurement of spare parts. The inventory of spares needs to be enlarged. The cost might increase but the reputation and good will soar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good place. People are very good. Servicing mechanics and supervisors are very cooperative. They allow you to go check how they are doing servicing of your car. You can stand there near ramp while oil change, wheel balance and alignment etc. Overall very good place for purchase as well as serving.
Did very good and prompt service by Mr. Kiran Kunbhar..
This place is away from crowded place but very near from Pune and PCMC city limits.
Atmosphere is very good.

He patiently listens to the issues faced in my car and resolve it as much possible. Good part was he constantly update me with the progress and any additional issues that was found with the car during servicing.Overall my car service experience was very good. I have been to number of service stations but at Sanjay Hyundai I got the peace of mind regarding the service. Their team ensures that you get proper updates with your service estimates, ongoing work on your car with requisite photos and videos. Mr Sambhaji Patil was my service advisor and he does his job in an excellent way. Other Hyundai dealerships should learn from Sanjay Hyundai and should implement such a good model.
