★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verified customer. Worst service ever received. We have been waiting past many days. Worst of all is, we completed the payment couple of days ago. They didnt have the time to check whether they recieved. On the day of delivery, I invited my family to pick up the car. Unfortunately we were informed that, "WE DONT SEE THE PAYMENT RECIEVED IN OUR BANK STATMENT. SO WE CANT GIVE YOU CAR TODAY." I was humiliated in front of everyone. You should have handled this days before the delivery. Im truely dissappointed. I have bought 4 cars till now, and this is the worst service I have ever received. Please find other showrooms.

I would also like to thank Muzzafar for ensuring & taking care of everything. I was on a short weekend trip to Pune dressed in casual wear, im sure no one would think im going to buy a car, The passion & Dedication shown by the Group General Manager Prashant Ulhalkar & his Sales staff Muzzafar to understand my requirements, arrange a Test Drive & take care of us is truly remarkable. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Dealership. I booked my vehicle in May 2021. They called me and told that your vehicle Thar will be delivered next week. I arranged all finances. Now they are telling my vehicle will be delivered after 6 months. They sold my vehicle to someone else for monetary gains. The reason they are giving is I'm not opting for mahindra finance. Cancelling the booking and also putting a case on the dealership and company as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 out of 10 It was a very good experience from test drive to deliver. Sales executives, Salesmanagers & other staff members are very helpful. They committed to delivering the xuv300 in 15days, But actually delivered the vehicle in 10 days. They explain all the things very carefully. It was very good experience with Mahindra Shiv Auto Wings Bhosari.

All sales people and support staff are very supportive and customer focused. Also explained the features very well and delivered the vehicle much before the promised delivery date.
