I have completed my creta petrol ,1 year but not satisfactory with overall service given by sanjay hyundai due to following reasons 1. If car user is taken insurance from outside than company policy , treatment given to that vehicle is not satisfactory ,also delaying in delivery ,even though co-ordination in between body shop + insurance company is poor. ( I had claim in last year ,first time waiting period 7 days ,second time 14 days to get the repaired vehicle ) 2. Work quality at body shop needs to improve. 3. Treatment for such high segment vehicles (creta ) should be expected more professional & careful handling , whereas unfortunately not happening. 4. If you giving vehicle for servicing or any insurance claim ,more possibilities for lost of your personal belongings,which was happens 2 times with my vehicle ,for the same no valid reason by sanjay hyundai team. 5. For 1-2 activity which was skips from their side ,many times they will say sorry & ask again submit the vehicle for second time activity /work ,which indicates - no value for customer time. 6. No good co-ordination between teams service,body shop & accessories dept. So you need go here & there likewise , Also not available required accessories which you want. ( Such as mobile charger , body cover , Door scratch strips) 7. Delayed in resolving complaints with in stipulated timeline .
