★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service doesn't know what is the problem in car...two days back I've given for service though it is in good condition and they returned me with bad condition of clutch...my car got breakdown in middle of my journey and they came when I called them and said the clutch pedal got broke which you should replace or weld it which company don't do they said this.... then I've gone to other service they opened and came to understanding that a bolt got loosen and just they replaced new bolt.. problem solved easily by the other good service center.
Very disappointed with this worst service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few months back my car engine car light was on. Gave the car three times and has been charged 30k but so far it's not resolved. Moreover it has worsened. Car is not picking up at 2nd and 3rd gear. Horrible horrible experience. Looks like car has more issues aftr servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Six times I had gone to the service center with the same problem, six time I explained the problem in test driving, and six times the guy does not even recognise the problem.
For the people there, there is never any problem in the car, and how many times you explain it to them, they always come back with the same reply.. "Problem? Where? I can't feel it"
The reception area is congested and not sanitized.. there is hardly any space ever left to sit.. you just loiter around in the workshop standing..

And I ws rasing one more complaint for power windows switch not working one month back still they ws not responding Mr vikram is very irresponsible person for customers
Siripuram HPCL Birla branch service centre is playing games with me
Finally Won't respond quickly to the customers .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not upto the mark service provided here. To fix one issue they had to ruin the other item.
Reception area is way to small for even 5 people to stay inside. No follow up after a service has been provided. Everytime you give your vehicle to service , you eventually endup having some other issue.
