β β β β β Service good but need to organize the behavioral training program for staff members because they do not know how to deal with customer.
During my last visit at Ghaziabad service center supervisor response & behavior was very rude & after this incident I never want to visit there again. So please take this into your account otherwise some moron lay down your market value.

β β β β β Very unprofessional and do not follow work ethics.I had gone there for regular service and clutch plate change with no issue at all with RPM and post service I am facing High RPM issue which they are unable to fix.Now they are asking extra money to fix the issue. Extremely poor and risky for the vehicle.I wish noone else should face the problem which I am going through right now.

β β β β β My experience till now with Nimbus has been good. I have got the service that i have been promised to. Recently I visited then to get my HSRP affixed and they got that done within 20 mins despite a huge rush.

β β β β β Should have all the cars on display. India's most selling Compact SUV Creta was not available for display, the company is expecting customer to pay 15lacs without even looking at the car properly, Booking time is 8 months which is ridiculous

β β β β β Employees behaviour and support towards service was good. They also helped in taking decision about which service is required or not. Like Anti rust was not required in my case so they didn't give means unnecessary they are not taking money from you. Service was completed on time.

Time was conducive.
Bus stopped for about half an hour.
It was UP Government AC bus but conductor was not issueing tickets except a blank piece of paper.
