★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean and well managed center. Thoroughly professional staff. Had a botch up with some other service provider earlier and rated this centre badly. Eventually found out it wasn't their fault.

Taking urine and not checking
False report of urine.
Their system r hang.
Asking to pay again.
Both doctors r liers
Staff is also against to their doctors.
Don't vist I care.
Best to go Chilays lab tardeo.
Very reasonable quick and genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the kind of attitude one would expect from the staff & doctor too is full of arrogance & its not worth to do any diagnostic tests. They refuse to understand your concerns & are not bothered. Also it's on 1st floor & can't use the lift too, no parking in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to I Care on Dr Sonals recommendation and I'm informing you that I'll never visit this place again. Pathetic experience.
The machine was bad, there was no professionalism in handling the patients, with a full bladder they made me wait for 1 and half hour, hygiene was so bad, the crowd that came there seemed like they stayed in slums, they weren't even sanitizing the beds.
Pathetic.
If I could, I would give zero rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask LIC to change your medical contact. If not possible, change your policy provider.
Do not risk your health by going to this third world testing clinic. No hygiene.
They ask you to take off your shoes and walk bare foot. But their staff walks with their dirty shoes.
The staff is arrogant, non cooperative.
The phlebotomist is unskilled and a complete amateur.
Safety issues: 70 percent of the staff did not have their mask on.
