★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Booked home.collection one day prior. No one turned up. You cant get through to call centre even after staying on hold.for 20 minutes .you get through to clinic the say they are not responsible for home collection. Got through to Delhi number which fixed the appointment. They told to connect to Mumbai contact. However they themselves cd nt tech them. Hopeless not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Mine and my father in laws sample was collected. we gave money. No recipt was given. One day later my father in laws report was sent as negative and mine was cancelled. When i called they said i had not given money and the mode of payment was cash. I said of course i gave, or else why will your agent collect my document and sample at all? Then they said ok, they will refund 700/-. But i never got refund. I have called them 3 more times - everytime they raise the complaint and nothing happens after that. Terrible service and they wasted my time and took money and did not refund!
