★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to inquire for a Query regarding a Medical test. The Female on phone sounded very rude and unwelcoming. Kept the phone when confronted on her behavior. i sincerely request the owner to look into this seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely overpriced Home testing charges. Took too long and outsourced some of the blood tests. Ended up getting them redone at another clinic as time stamps of the outsourced blood test was incorrect. Reconsider before contacting for home testing. Verify if blood samples are outsourced as there is no point doing that
