U will spend half of your time in registering complaints rather than using internet.they will keep you waiting for whole day for solving your problem n won't turn up.

Why : Very very very very bad service. Very unprofessional people.
What to do if you have already taken their service and regretting it :
Take a revenge, ask them for the recharge of 1000 Or more and do not pay , then they will understand what it feels like when someone denies responsibility .

Worst customer service . It takes 3 to 5 to fix simple complaint. As per my knowledge only one person is there who can fix line issue…?
And all other guys wait for him to fix the issue. Pathetic service .. once you place ticket … you will get call only after fixing the issue means in next 5 days.. no follow up .. worst service..
