★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the third class broadband I have experienced. Connection always not working for 8 days every month. No response from engineers. Whichever no. We call nobody answer call. Zero support . No service after sales. Hopeless people hopeless broadband. Don't ever buy this connection.

Everytime the connection goes off you don't have it for minimum of 5 days and they ask to click on support now from the app or call customer care and they say that the issue will be solved in 24 hours. But there is no response from their technical team and nor they contact the customer to convey the problem. No professionalism at all. Also the sales executive says that you contact the customer care number but no appropriate answer given. They just put their hands up and we are clueless about the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience From You Broadband. I Paid For my new you broadband connection on 1 June 2020. The You Broadband Manager Told Me That He Will Do The Installation & Setup in 3 to 4 Days. Well It was a total lie.
After 4 days I Called him again and He said Next day He Will Set Up Connection. After That he is just ignoring my calls even i have raised 4 complaints through their customer care number. Talking about customer care, they are useless. I asked them for refund for two times and they said, " Sir please give us one chance ". I told them two times that I need my refund but they are not giving me my refund and says you will get a call from manager soon. Its 4 complaints still I didn't got any call.
DO NOT BUY YOU BROADBAND !

I have availed the Wifi router from your company and not satisfied with kind of service I was offered. Pathetic service I have ever seen. Delivery of the router was delayed, internet service down every alternate day are the issues I am facing.
I have been trying to connect to the service guys but, I haven't received any response. Either phones are not received or the guys don't seem to care about their jobs. Worst service of all time. Cannot recommend the service to anyone else.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience From You Broadband. I Paid For new broadband connection on 23rd July 2020. The concern person from You Broadband told Me tat Installation & Setup will be done within 3 to 4 Days.
After that I had a discussion after 4 days, He told me It will be done soon by tomorrow, But It was a lie. and since then I was used to call him everyday.. and he had stopped receiving phone calls. Its a totally unprofessional behavior.
I have already raised 6-7 complaints through their customer care number. Talking about customer care, they are useless. I asked them for refund for two times and they said, " Sir please give us one chance ". I told them 5 times that I need my refund but they are not giving me my refund and says you will get a call from manager soon. Its 4 complaints still I didn't got any call.
DO NOT BUY YOU BROADBAND !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been YOU Broadband user for almost 1.5 years now. The Pricing of the plans is okay and competitive. BUt what are good are the plans if they do not run as per the designated speed. My Service goes down every month for at least 3 to 4 days. The service in Nashik is very Pathetic. The Service Requests are closed without any notification or confirmation of services are restored or not. The technicians (Nitin, Sufiyan and Wasim) keep ignoring the calls. They will visit your home after 2 3 days of disconnection and then work on the line for 3 4 hours to restore the service. I have also escalated things many time to their Manager Amrut as well.... but he is also no different. Lack of Professionalism in the whole technical team.
